Returns Policy

How do I place an order?
Simply select the items you wish to order and send us an email. We need your full name and address to calculate shipping.
Once we have this information, we will reply with your total amount due and payment options.

What types of Payment do you accept?
Paypal is our main payment processing service at this time. Payments made thru Paypal need to comply with the Buyer/Seller protection policies set by Paypal - for everyone's protection. Please make sure your details on file with them are correct.
We also accept Postal Money Orders, 24kt. Gold Nuggets or CASH on pickup of items.


How do you ship?
Domestic deliveries may be made via USPS or UPS depending on the item.
International deliveries are via USPS - our Postal system.

When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days from when they are
confirmed as "paid" in our account.
You will be advised via e-mail of any unforeseen delays.

Where do you ship?
We happily provide shipping Internationally except to countries sanctioned, restricted or prohibited
by US Gov't, USPS or Paypal.

Is there any "Handling Fee"?
Some packages needing extra wrapping materials may incurr a small handling fee in addition
to the normal shipping costs.
All fees will be disclosed in the shipping total on your invoice before you pay.
Wherever possible we endeavour to recycle and keep these costs minimal.

How much is International Shipping?
Domestic deliveries may be made via USPS or UPS depending on the item.
International deliveries are via USPS - our Postal system.

International Buyers Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges.

 These charges are the solely buyer's responsibility. Please check with your Country's
Customs Office to determine any liability you may have - BEFORE making a purchase.

Your Customs and Duty fees are normally collected by the delivering freight/shipping company
or when you pick up your package - please do not confuse these fees
for additional shipping charges.

Please do not ask us to mark merchandise values below value or mark items
as "gifts" - the US and International government regulations prohibit such behaviour
under penalty of law and severe fines may be applied.


Returns Policy
AriesArtworks operates according to strict quality control guidelines.
We will not knowingly send you defective or damaged merchandise without advising you first.
We want you to be HAPPY with your goodies!
In the event you wish to return an item, please observe the following policies:

  • All returns must be pre-authorized by us or they will be refused and returned to sender.
    If you wish to call and discuss any problems with your merchandise, please advise via email
    and we will provide our Telephone number for your convenience.
  • Requests for return/exchange MUST be made within 7 days after you receive the item(s).
  • Returned items must be received by us no later than 14 days after authorization, except in
    the case of International returns - for which we allow 30 days.
  • Exchanges or Credits do not include postage or handling, and will be processed
    within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
  • Product(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging as received by you with all products/items included. Please keep your sales invoice as proof of purchase.
  • You may be requested to produce a copy of the invoice when returning items for
    exchange or credit.
  • You must enclose the following details with returned products
    so we can handle the return correctly:
    Full Name
    Shipping Address
    Telephone Number
    Invoice Number
  • We recommend that you return the product/item via USPS or UPS.
    You must prepay all return postage. When returning items YOU assume any risk of loss
    or damage in transit - therefore we highly recommend you insure the package.
  • AriesArtworks reserves the right to refuse any items that do not observe the above policies.
    We do not accept COD packages.
